Property and real rights
Declaratory claims of ownership, errors and omissions in the cadastral map, boundary and neighbour disputes, partition, property transactions and support at notarial proceedings.
Varna Bar Association
We have practised in Varna since 2004. Consultations are paid and the fee is published. We take on a case after judging that it is worth pursuing — and we tell you when our judgment is that it is not.
Before a case is taken on, we assess the evidential position and the settled case law on the disputed point. Where the assessment is that proceedings have no reasonable prospect of success, this is communicated in writing before any costs are incurred.
Two attorneys with distinct, complementary areas. Each entry below names who handles it, so you know whom you will be speaking with before you write.
Declaratory claims of ownership, errors and omissions in the cadastral map, boundary and neighbour disputes, partition, property transactions and support at notarial proceedings.
Appeals against tax assessment acts and coercive administrative measures, proceedings before the revenue authorities, administrative acts of state and municipal bodies.
Proceedings under the Spatial Planning Act and its secondary legislation, construction permits, tolerated structures, unlawful construction, participation in the investment process.
Annulment of general meeting decisions, advice to building managers, regularity of convening and conduct, relations between owners in buildings under condominium regime.
Claims against insurers under compulsory third-party motor liability cover where the sum paid does not cover the actual damage. Pre-action objections and court proceedings.
Incorporation and changes to companies and non-profit entities, contracts and breach of contract, commercial disputes, liquidation and insolvency.
Write through the form or to the office email. Within one working day we tell you whether the matter falls within our practice and which form of consultation fits.
Paid, at a fixed fee. For more complex matters we offer a written assessment: what evidence exists, what is missing, what the case law says, and whether proceedings are worth bringing.
If the matter is worth pursuing, you receive an offer setting out scope and fee. If it is not, we say so and that ends the conversation.
The office was founded in Varna in 2004 by attorney Ventsislav Savov. Over the years it has served clients from Bulgaria, Russia, Germany and other European countries, as well as commercial companies and non-profit legal entities.
Today there are two of us: Ventsislav Savov and his son Kostadin Savov, also admitted to the Varna Bar Association. The division between us is not nominal — each of us runs the matters in his own areas, and this is stated on every page.

We work in Bulgarian, English, Russian and German. A consultation in a foreign language carries a separate fee, since it requires working in two legal vocabularies at once.
